Policy on Missed Lessons
Learning to play music is a rewarding investment of time and money. The key word here is "investment". To achieve the best results, lessons need to be attended each week.
Missed lessons will not be refunded.
For best results, we suggest parents and students commit to the course through the recital. (For more information on recitals, please see the Rock N' Roll Boot Camp page). Parents need to weigh this against other obligations (sports, church, etc.) to see if they can realistically have their children make weekly lessons and have practice time at home.
If there is an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible. Outside of emergencies, if a student misses one lesson without contacting us, or misses two lessons in a month, he or she will be dismissed from the class. A $15 re-enrollment fee will be applied if the student re-enrolls later.
